Customer registration and loyalty discount

You can register as a loyalty customer in our e-shop or physical store free of charge. We do not issue a separate card for this, as we care about the environment and want our customers not to have to carry yet another extra card daily. If desired, you can link your customer account to your ID card.

All products are 10% off the full price for registered loyalty customers. You will see the loyalty customer prices when logged into the e-shop; they are automatically 10% lower than the prices for regular visitors.

If you wish to use your loyalty discount in the physical store, please show us your photo ID before making a purchase. If the name on it matches the loyalty customer account, the prices of all products will be 10% off the full price for you.

The loyalty customer discount applies only to products, meaning the discount does not apply to services!

 

Becoming a Gold Member and its benefits

If you purchase from us for at least €5000 during a calendar year, we will reward you with Gold Member status.

For Gold Members, all products are 20% off the full price from the moment of achieving the status until the end of the next calendar year. If you purchase from us for at least €500 per year, we will extend your status by one year each time.

If you want to receive even more exclusive and better offers than the loyalty discount, also subscribe to the Velohunt newsletter! We usually send out newsletters once a month, sometimes more often in certain months.

In the newsletters, you will find personal offers and secret codes, with which selected products or product groups will be priced even lower than the prices displayed in our e-shop during a certain period.
