“Long” (L) suitable for attaching the following chainrings: 

• 110/4 and 110/5 BCD road oval chainrings

• 64BCD round chainrings 26T, 28T, and 30T
• 94BCD oval chainrings 30T, 32T, and 34T
• all CX round chainrings

Notes:

• 104BCD 30T oval chainrings come with bolts
• For M8000 and M9000 cranks, use original bolts
• For Sram cranks with oval chainrings, use original bolts
• If you are using an oval sprocket as an inner sprocket on a road crank, use the original bolts.
• This product consists of a bolt and a nut. If you need several bolts, order several units.
