The ALUGEAR AERO Upgrade Kit is designed for Shimano Ultegra R8100 2×12 road and time trial bikes. The kit combines lightweight CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium Round AERO chainrings with an aerodynamic cover that conceals the chainring and crank connection bolts and gives the cranks a clean, finished appearance.

Recommendation: The manufacturer recommends using a new chain with new chainrings and keeping the chain properly lubricated during every ride. Correct shifting performance in a 2x system is ensured when using the chainring combinations recommended by ALUGEAR. Use only original ALUGEAR bolts for installation. Installation tool: 5 mm hex key; maximum permitted tightening torque: 10 Nm.
