BIKONE DCTech BB86-92 BB30 OverSize oversized bottom bracket

• PressFit type, i.e. press-fit bottom bracket
• Only for Oversized frames (41.000mm to 41.050mm)
• For use with BB30, or 30mm spindle cranks
• Suitable for both road and mountain bikes with a frame width of 86.5mm to 92mm (BB86, BB92)
• Installation is easy and does not differ from the installation of other similar bottom brackets; no special tools are required

TECHNOLOGIES

• Dual Cup Technology (DCTech) – The bottom bracket’s two aluminum cups (one cup on each side of the bearing) are self-centering, helping to align the bearings very precisely in the frame, resulting in a perfect fit regardless of external factors. Once installed, the bottom bracket is a rigid link, eliminating play and extraneous noise and ensuring very smooth bearing operation.
• Oversized: The bottom bracket openings in bicycle frames can wear out over time, causing the opening diameter to increase. In this case, a standard-sized bottom bracket will no longer fit (resulting in unwanted play, knocks, and faster wear of the center holes) and Bikone Oversized center bearings should be used.
• Chronium Steel steel bearings (ABEC5/P5-2RS)
• 7075 aluminum sleeves – a material used in aviation due to its excellent weight-to-strength ratio and durability over time
• T6 heat treatment significantly increases the strength of the material
• Manufactured on a CNC machine for ultimate precision and detail
