BIKONE DCTech BB86-92 dub Ceramic bottom bracket with ceramic bearings

TECHNOLOGIES

• Dual Cup Technology (DCTech) – the two aluminum sleeves (one sleeve on each side of the bearing) are self-centering, helping to align the bearings very precisely in the frame, resulting in a perfect fit regardless of external factors. Once installed, the center race is a rigid link, eliminating play and extraneous noise and ensuring very smooth bearing operation.
• Hybrid Ceramic ceramic bearings (ABEC5/P5-2RS)
• 7075 aluminum sleeves – a material used in aviation due to its excellent weight-to-strength ratio and durability over time
• T6 heat treatment significantly increases the strength of the material
• Manufactured on a CNC machine for ultimate precision and detail
• Double-sealed bearings
