BIKONE DCTech BSA double bottom bracket

• Threaded bottom bracket
• For use with Sram double, i.e. 29 mm axle cranks (Sram double Wide cranks require a special adapter that is not included in the set!)
• Suitable for both road and mountain bikes with a frame width of 68mm to 73mm
• For frames with BSA threaded bottom brackets
• Installation is easy and does not differ from the installation of other similar bottom brackets; no special tools required

TECHNOLOGIES

• Dual Cup Technology (DCTech) – The two aluminum sleeves (one sleeve on each side of the bearing) are self-centering, helping to align the bearings very precisely in the frame, resulting in a perfect fit regardless of external factors. Once installed, the center race is a rigid link, eliminating play and extraneous noise and ensuring very smooth bearing operation.
• Chronium Steel ball bearings (ABEC5/P5-2RS)
• 7075 aluminum sleeves – a material used in aviation due to its excellent weight-to-strength ratio and durability over time
• T6 heat treatment significantly increases the strength of the material
• Manufactured on a CNC machine for ultimate precision and detail
• Double-sealed bearings
• The number of “pins” for use with the bottom bracket tool has been reduced to reduce the weight of the bottom bracket
