BIKONE DCTech T47 Internal BB30 bottom bracket

TECHNOLOGIES
- Dual Cup Technology (DCTech) – The two aluminum sleeves (one sleeve on each side of the bearing) are self-centering, helping to align the bearings very precisely in the frame, resulting in a perfect fit regardless of external factors. Once installed, the middle race is a rigid link, eliminating play and extraneous noise and ensuring very smooth bearing operation.
- 6061 aluminum sleeves – a material used in aviation due to its anti-corrosion properties
- T6 heat treatment significantly increases the strength of the material
- Manufactured on a CNC bench for ultimate precision and detail
- Double-sealed bearings
- The number of “pins” for use with the bottom bracket tool has been reduced to reduce the weight of the bottom bracket
