TECHNOLOGIES

• Dual Cup Technology (DCTech) – The two aluminum sleeves (one sleeve on each side of the bearing) are self-centering, helping to align the bearings very precisely in the frame, resulting in a perfect fit regardless of external factors. Once installed, the middle race is a rigid link, eliminating play and extraneous noise and ensuring very smooth bearing operation.
• 6061 aluminum sleeves – a material used in aviation due to its anti-corrosion properties
• T6 heat treatment significantly increases the strength of the material
• Manufactured on a CNC bench for ultimate precision and detail
• Double-sealed bearings
• The number of “pins” for use with the middle drive tool has been reduced to reduce the weight of the middle drive
