Elite Rivo – an easy and smart start to indoor training

Bring convenient, goal-oriented cycling training into your home! The Elite Rivo combines up to 2000 W of maximum resistance, gradient simulation of up to 18%, and power measurement accuracy of ±2.5% in a compact, lightweight design. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth allow you to connect the trainer to popular training apps, while Wi-Fi enables the trainer to automatically check for and install software updates. Foldable legs and an integrated handle make the Rivo easy to transport and store, making it an excellent choice for smaller homes and cyclists who are new to indoor training.

• Compared with the Elite Avanti trainer: The Rivo offers the same gradient simulation of up to 18% and the same 4 kg flywheel, but has a lower maximum resistance (2000 W vs. 2100 W) and power measurement accuracy of ±2.5%, compared with the Avanti’s ±1%. The Avanti uses an integrated power meter and also offers ANT+ connectivity and Flex Feet, which allow lateral movement while pedalling. The Rivo’s advantages are its lighter 10 kg construction, foldable legs, and integrated handle. It is a good choice if you value easy storage and a good balance of price and features, and do not need the highest level of power measurement accuracy.
• Compared with the more powerful Elite Direto XR-T: The Rivo is a lighter and more compact alternative, while the Direto XR-T offers higher maximum resistance (2300 W vs. 2000 W), steeper gradient simulation (24% vs. 18%), and more accurate power measurement (±1.5% vs. ±2.5%). The Direto XR-T is better suited to demanding cyclists who perform intense intervals and want to simulate steep climbs. The Rivo, on the other hand, offers plenty of capability for everyday training and is the more practical choice if you need to fold up and store your trainer after each ride.

Your benefits: The Elite Rivo makes it easy to get started with indoor training, offering automatically adjustable resistance, gradient simulation of up to 18%, and connectivity with popular training apps. Power measurement accuracy of ±2.5% helps you assess your training load and track your progress, while software updates over Wi-Fi keep the device up to date. Its lightweight 10 kg construction, foldable legs, and integrated handle make the trainer easy to move and store. You can train all year round and build endurance at your own pace, regardless of the weather or daylight.

  • When neither a power supply nor an app is available: preset your preferred resistance level (up to 16 levels) in the My E-Training app. The setting is saved in the trainer’s memory. This is particularly useful when using the trainer outdoors.
• Dual Bluetooth® technology allows two Bluetooth devices to be connected simultaneously
• The Easy Start function compensates for the loss of momentum when you stop pedalling and then start again, making your ride smoother and more natural
• The Supertuck function immediately stops recording power data when you stop pedalling, allowing your avatar to assume the aero tuck position
