By connecting the Elite Rizer to your indoor training ecosystem, you can simulate riding up and down hills as if you were on a real bike. By connecting the entire system to Zwift, you can choose your own routes, pass other riders, and more. Elite has also created an app called Rizer, which makes it easy to configure the simulator. In the app, you can view and change the incline angle and add up to 5 profiles (for each bike or pedal). Rizer also moves slightly when you turn the handlebars left and right while riding upright. This develops your bike feel and helps you use the same arm and leg muscles in winter that you would use when riding outdoors.
