TRAINING MODES

Zone-based, or FTP zone-based training: mode consists of 7 zones based on the rider’s FTP reading. The default setting is set to 150W, but the user can adjust it according to their fitness level and fine-tune each zone separately
Watt/kg-based training:Similar to the FTP-based mode, the user sets their body weight in the device, after which it is possible to vary between 1W/kg and 7W/kg. Each zone can be fine-tuned separately.
Resistance, or load-based training:you can choose between 16 levels of difficulty
Pre-set, or pre-programmed workouts: you can choose between 7 different programs based on the user’s FTP reading
