New compared to the HRM-Dual heart rate monitor:

• Encrypted connection between the belt and the device(When using the belt for the first time, the connection between the device and the belt is in “Open Mode”, i.e. unencrypted. This can be changed immediately after the connection between the devices has been established or using the button on the belt sensor)
  • Secure Mode – works only with Bluetooth Smart connection. To connect to the device, activate “Pairing Mode” by holding down the button on the belt sensor for 4 seconds. The information transferred between devices is encrypted.
  • Open Mode – works with ANT+ and Bluetooth; no need to activate “Pairing Mode” separately to connect. The information transferred between devices is unencrypted.
• Updated sensor design and battery cover with child lock.
• A tool for opening the battery cover is integrated into the clip on the strap; the cover cannot be opened with a coin.can no longer be opened with a coin
• LED indicators and a button for changing modes have been added to the front of the sensor
• Possibility to connect 3 Bluetooth devices simultaneously
