USE

• Before applying wax for the first time, clean the chain, cassette, sprockets, and derailleurs with a degreaser to remove old oil, even if these components are new.
• Shake the wax bottle thoroughly
• Apply wax to all chain links, 1 drop per link. Ideally, apply wax to both sides of the link.
  Let the wax work for at least a few minutes, then you can make a few backward turns of the crank to spread the wax better.

• Let the wax sit for a few hours, ideally overnight, so that the water can evaporate and the wax layer can adhere to the chain
• You can add wax repeatedly as needed without having to clean the chain or other moving parts. However, you should check the components from time to time and, if there is excessive wax build-up, rinse them lightly with a degreaser.

If the chain still gets dirty after the first ride, it may be because the chain or other moving parts were not completely cleaned of old lubricant. Clean the chain thoroughly again with a degreaser and apply a new layer of wax to the chain.
