Shake well before use. The daily dose is 3.75 ml to 7.5 ml, diluted in 1 litre of water. Start with a 3.75 ml dose and increase to 7.5 ml per day if needed. Sip the solution throughout the day. May be taken with or without food.

Important: Do not consume the product undiluted!

Other RnA ReSet® stabilized pico-ionic supplements (ReMag®, Pico Potassium®, ReCalcia®) may be added to the same 1-litre water solution.

A 1 ml pipette is included for convenient dosing.

To improve the taste of the mineral solution, you can add berry-flavoured Vitamin C ReSet® drink powder or other natural flavour enhancers, such as lemon juice.
