For this reason, only the best materials (polystyrene (EPS) and polycarbonate) and IN-MOLD technology are used in the production of helmets.nbsp;In-Mold technology allows for a much more rigid helmet structure, making the helmet both impact-resistant and very lightweight. The high-quality materials used in the helmets absorb shocks and dissipate mechanical energy before it reaches the wearer’s head, increasing the helmet’s durability and the rider’s safety.

The helmet has 18 ventilation openings that ensure better air circulation.nbsp;The helmet comes with two interchangeable and washable inner pads (with and without insect mesh), which are designed for maximum comfort, air circulation, and safety. The helmet comes with a chin guard, which can be removed if necessary. The innovative construction and material selection of the Protera model’s padding ensures better air circulation in problem areas prone to sweating.

Rudy Project’s innovative R.S.R. size and depth adjustment system (turned with a knob) allows the helmet to be secured very firmly and comfortably on the head. Adjustment is super easy and can be done without taking the helmet off.

The quick strap replacement system allows you to remove the helmet straps with a single simple movement so that you can clean them after every bike ride, replace worn straps, or enhance your look with different colored straps (black, blue, and lime green straps are available for purchase).
