Contains caffeine derived from guarana, mate and green tea, combined with genuine and natural caffeine. This combination ensures both a fast and slow stimulating effect. Caffeine directly affects the central nervous system, increasing the release of adrenaline. It has a stimulating effect that increases mental efficiency. In addition to caffeine, the active ingredients are green tea (polyphenol) active substances, which enhance energy production from fat stores. Taurine, inositol, and B vitamins support the stimulating effect of caffeine. Effect and action: The effect of caffeine is noticeable 15-30 minutes after ingestion. The effect wears off after about 3 hours. Caffeine is effective in technical and strength sports as well as endurance sports due to the following properties:

• Stimulates the central nervous system and increases concentration and coordination.
• Increases fat metabolism, which is important in long-term competitions.
• Facilitates the release of calcium in muscle cells, which in turn improves muscle contraction. This effect increases muscle power and performance in short, high-intensity tests.

Usage: Take 1 ampoule about 1 hour before physical activity. During long-term performance, take a second ampoule after 3 hours. For optimal effect, it is recommended to refrain from consuming products containing caffeine for about 5 days before using Activator. 

The following table can be used for dosing according to body weight:
50 kg – 3/4 – 1 ampoule
60 kg – 1 ampoule
70-80 kg – 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 ampoules
90 kg – 1 1/2 ampoules
100 kg – 1 1/2 – 2 ampoules

Activator is not recommended for pregnant women, children, and people who are sensitive to caffeine.

Caffeine should not be used at the same time as creatine supplements, as it may limit the effects of creatine.
