* The 2:1 combination of maltodextrin and fructose used in TORQ products ensures 40% more efficient transport of carbohydrates to working muscles. TORQ Energy sports drink powder contains five essential minerals (Na, Cl, Mg, K, and Ca). These salts help maintain homeostasis and fluid balance in the body and help the body cope better with sweating and muscle cramps. 

All TORQ products are free from artificial colors, sweeteners, and preservatives. They do not contain cheap and harmful sweeteners, which the WHO has warned are harmful to health. The products are easily digestible and do not cause stomach upset. Only ingredients of natural origin or naturally occurring in the human body are used in the manufacture of the products.

A combination of 2:1 maltodextrin and fructose is used, which ensures the highest carbohydrate utilization rate that cannot be achieved with any other food or drink. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

TORQ Energy sports drink powder is completely soluble and mixes easily. Add the powder to water and stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. If you are using a sports drink bottle, fill the bottle halfway with water, add the measured amount of TORQ Energy powder, close the bottle cap and shake the mixture thoroughly. Then add the remaining amount of water to the bottle.nbsp;

NB! According to scientific research, sports drinks with a carbohydrate content of 3-8% (30-80g of carbohydrates per liter of water) are best absorbed by the stomach. The warmer the air temperature, the weaker the sports drink can be (preferably not less than 3%). On the other hand, an overly strong solution may not be absorbed well and may cause digestive problems.p>
