Thanks to its rear suspension, the 110FX opens up the world even more, as you no longer have to go around corners on singletrack that seemed impossible to ride and light drop descents. The riding position can be considered rather sporty, and in line with the cross country format, the bike’s handling is more responsive. The lightweight monocoque carbon frame ensures better lateral stiffness, as dual-suspension bikes tend to be slightly “softer” compared to hardtails. Thanks to the updated geometry, the bike is more agile on climbs and more stable on descents. The lower tubes of the rear triangle are shorter than on the predecessor 101FX, increasing the bike’s maneuverability, and the wide tube spacing allows for tires up to 2.30 inches wide. The 110FX is equipped with a Shimano 1×12 drivetrain and, of course, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes.
