Wilier Rave SLR ID2 – pure adrenaline from speed!

The Rave SLR ID2 is a natural evolution of its older sister, the Rave SLR. While the latter was designed to be an all-round bike and deliver maximum performance on both gravel and road, the ID2 is focused entirely on off-road riding.Significant clearance for tires up to 52 mm (2.1″) ensures excellent passability on difficult terrain and increases riding comfort. The bike’s design is inspired by the aesthetics and characteristic colors of the 1980s and 1990s. But let’s not let the eye-catching design distract us – the bike’s design hides excellent aerodynamic properties that provide significant power savings starting at speeds of 35 km/h, which translates to a time savings of over 50 seconds over a distance of 70 kilometers! The bike’s DNA is racing, which is why the riding position is slightly lower and more stretched out compared to the Rave SLR. The components of the perfect winning formula are SRAM’s wireless electronic gear group and Miche’s tall (and wide!) carbon rims.

The Wilier Rave SLR ID2 first caught the eye at the Unbound Gravel 2025 grand prix in Kansas, USA.

Fun fact: The color Pixel Green is inspired by the green pixels that formed text on CRT screens in the 1990s and the laser lights of evening parties, symbolizing speed, courage, and visibility for the ID2.
