If the ordered product does not meet your expectations or the size is unsuitable, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. We only accept clean, unused, and undamaged products for return. Please return the unsuitable product to us in its original packaging and together with all supplementary materials (price tags, etc.) that were originally sent to you.
To exchange a product, please return the unsuitable product to us and place a new order for the desired product!
If the reason for the return is a product defect or other similar circumstance, please notify us via the email address epood@velohunt.ee and we can agree on the exchange of the defective product.

You can also bring the product you wish to return to our store, located at Pärnu mnt 139E/1, next to the ISKU furniture store by the road.
The transport costs associated with the return shall be borne by the buyer, except if the product sent to you was damaged or the wrong product was sent by mistake.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received the request for return. The money will not be refunded before the returned product reaches us so that we can verify its condition.
If the returned product or its sales packaging is damaged, and the product has been used in a way other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, features, and functioning, or if the product shows signs of use or wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
