The Velohunt bike store is located at Tallinn Pärnu mnt 139E/1 (1st floor). Free parking is available in front of the building. Customers will be notified via email when the goods are ready for pickup.

Goods can only be picked up during the store’s opening hours, which vary depending on the season. You can check the opening hours and store location on the CONTACT page!

General Delivery Terms

Pro Shop OÜ dispatches in-stock goods to the destination indicated in your order within two working days of receiving the payment to Pro Shop OÜ’s bank account.

Shipments within Europe generally reach the specified destination within 5-14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

During major campaigns and holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the arrival of goods may take longer due to the heavy workload of logistics companies. Pro Shop OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies.

If the product is not in stock in our warehouse or the warehouse of our Estonian partner, this information will be reflected on the product page as a longer delivery time, and the ordered product will reach you within the delivery time specified on the product page.

In general, all products included in the order are sent out as a single shipment, and the order is dispatched when all products included in the order are available to the seller.

If the order cannot be dispatched within the delivery time specified in the product information, we will notify you of the extended delivery time as soon as possible via the email address or phone number indicated in your order.
